If the tarnish is really dark, it is very difficult to remove. Since it is yellowish it is only in the early stages. Replating will definitely work. I have used sulfuric acid based cleaners to remove this yellowish color. But rinse well and dry quick

Sounds like you have a bad heater. Check current on each leg of the heater circuit, CON6 for the wash and CON7 for the rinse. The current should be the same on each leg. Trek is now part of Stoelting, tech support is 920-894-2293. Hope this helps if

There is no standard, nor should there be. You need to establish a standard that meets your customer requirements. The problem with those old-timey standard is that there's just so many choices. What works for you just might be too strict [or loose]

Hi, Does anyone have any experience replacing the rinse valve actuator in a SMT800-ZD ? I think I had one go bad and it looks like you may need to time the new valve. It has cams on the shaft that engage and disengage limit switches. Thanks in adv
