I would remove enough links to get the tensioning assembly back where you have room for adjustment again. I would have to agree that if the machine is still under warranty you should have Essemtec correct the issue.

Greetings, I have to agree with others here. If the system is under warranty get them back in and have them fix it. I work for another oven manufacturer and we would take care of this under warranty. If it is a design defect we might fix it for free

Has anyone using these ovens had any problems with the chain (flat) belt slipping? I suggested to the tech we remove a link in the flat chain, and he responded it would make it out of warranty. It's the same type of chain flat belt as most wash and
