Certain packages will always be out 90 degrees or so when a program is first ran on mydata. Is there a way to automatically adjust rotations for mydata packages when generated with circuitcam? Is there a location where we can adjust the angles circui

I don't have CircuitCam, I'm using Unicam with Mydata. In Unicam I have a Theta Offset setting for each package witch determines the default rotational angle with respect to the pin 1 setting within the package data. With Mydata, the package inform

Rotations are always confusing. My first suggestion would be to use the program polarity option on your Fuji equipment. This will allow you to keep the same rotational value in the programs if you have to move components between machines. Make sure y

We run a copy of SMTMaestro for each of our pick&place lines. It saves us an awfull lot of inspection hours, while the operators appreciate it's simplicity. But please be aware that this software is not well equipped for checking rotations (to put it

I haven't checked, but... CircuitCAM maintains a master database with all of the information in it. I've opened mine in Access. I would assume that in the DB that contains the BOM information, there's a polarity field that is either true or false.

Are you programming on the machine, or with a third-party software? I use Aegis CircuitCam to program my CS400s. I don't think I've done more than simple edits at the machine in 10 years. I don't know exactly what you mean by "permanent offsets",

Yes, the import data type is a common issue with electronics contract manufacturers and some OEM's. Unisoft ( http://www.unisoft-cim.com ) has been doing this for over 35 years. The software focuses on contract manufacturers issues and the software
