Like SWAG said most of them are on the datasheets from the manufacturer, the hard way is to get the caliper an start measuring the component, other is the autoteach function in the machine, does your machine has that option?

Steve, Does said phenomena occur at a particular time? Or is it seemingly random? What sensors are you referring to? The door sensors, (as in you have the doors open and the gantries move)?

In IPC it is said that the void % should be established between you and the customer. There is no number. There is only requirement for balls on BGA. I have a customer that agreed to 40% on D-packs which is okay for both us and them.

To add to what Rob has said, Have you considered an ESD safe environment? Floors, Racks, tables, etc.... Also the humidity level of your area incase you use MSD parts? Just a thought.
