Samsung SM321 machine fails to initialize when booting software. I have swapped PCI and communication boards, all resulting the same, I replaced the CMOS battery on communications board, tested the voltage on the backplane, and reloaded the software

when loading operator pressed "pallet out" button on the Samsung SM321 , she heard a crash and now the shuttle will not home. getting a "home search fault" popping up on the offline. I cant seem to find a manual here or online at all...

have swapped 2 different boards, can try switching the dram sticks, or ordering new ones. also the cmos battery on the motrola communications battery was dead, put a new one in, was wondering if there was a cmos reset/ jumper?
