Siemens has an excellent reporting system. If you are running on Siplace Pro you can easily export the pick data and performance data to anaylize. If funds aren't an issue, look into the Siemens Explorer software, this will provide you with data,

Thanks for your response PWH. These are the exact same issues we have been having. I did call UIC about that feeder jig. It cost about 12k USD. Do you guys use it? Is it worth the money?
