If your goal is for the solder bridge to be there, then I do not see any defect. Looks like the pins and pad are wetted properly.

Battleship - very nice! I like that. It's about the size of one, too! (Probably weighs more, though). Thanks much for the info, I'll get ahold of Mike and see if I can get a little advice.

Is more a guess but, your drawing is missing things, more precise the legends on the edge of the drawing, but for what I can see the diameter of the ball is 0.30 +- 0.05 hope it helps!

Many different units used over the years; AC (just cooling); TCU (heating and cooling) and ECU (temperature and humidity)... Let me know exactly what you've got, I'll see what I can offer for manual. www.dekhead.com

Hi Dave, I'll ask them if they consider it on the next spin....can't see any reason it would have any negative effects. Thanks! Steve

Shopping for 265GSX, stay away from Black Camera (or any 265EX), for supportability issues. If you have expectation of useful 2D inspection it must have GREEN camera. See notes: http://www.dekhead.com/id31.html

See what Keyence is up to these days. No benefit to me for the suggestion, but they have a verification system that might help.

Could be a partially clogged nozzle. Try disassembling the nozzle and thoroughly cleaning it. If that doesn't fix it, see if there are any blockages in your plumbing. If you can't find any blockages, it could be your pressure sensor.
