try doubling the operator password, that's how it is setup on our Ekra. eg. 2140 operator password, then service password is 4280

Try PCBSynergy - it exports files from Eagle (it supports others too) to Philips / Yamaha machines.

Contact universal. They have access to the documentation for most machines online if you pay them a one time fee to setup an account.

Click the Sys Setup tab, start typing markfac Then a box pops up. password is markfactory Gives extra menus, but don't mess too much around in there if you don't know what they do.

1. For laser machines, there should be setting for Z - at what level you should cut measure the part in Z axis. 2. Check all calibrations are in place and passing 3. Check resistor package setup in the software - all dimensions

There could be several reasons - wrong part setup, wrong program, wrong machine placement. Solution will be to measure part before placement.

Do you have an optical centering phase active for centering? You can have hydra tools setup in the package but if there is no optical centering it wont use the hydra.
