Temporary you can solve by change in NC cordinate & diffenece in corrdinate should be equal to compoonent shift happening. ( Pl. make no change in fuducialc lines )

Thanks, I will check & update. Checked Fan it is working fine. In this problem after power turn off if we start again their is no problem. Some time this problem occure at the start of day also ( no night shift production ) ajay

Simply leave the paste out at the end of the shift for the next days use. Keeping the paste refrigerated just prolongs the shelf life. Even if you are at the expiration date leaving the paste out for 36 hrs won't make any difference. Jerry

Is an RQFP a Qfp with the center pad for heat dissipation? If so, you may be shifting when this center pad reflows and lifts the part.
