Those are model numbers of Sony placement machines. They were introduced a few years ago but I haven't seen them since.

You will have a lot of problems with spare parts, they came from Japan, also service will be very poor, depends on where you are located, where are you?

Although I do praise the reliability of the Siplace line, I've never heard about E1000 and E2000 machines. Siemens usually names their equipment related to feeder capacity or speed. 1000 and 2000 doesn't fit in this convention. Neither could I find

Hi Brad, I suggest you get in contact with Sony. http://www.sonyfa.com/si_e1000/sie1000_producthome.cfm They got the SI E-1100, capable of placing QFPs64/0.5mm simultaenously with all other heads full of components, not like many other machines. See
