I should add we use one listed lube from each recommendation and were able to find everything (although that was close to 10 yrs. ago). We bought enough to outlast the oven so we haven't had to buy any since. The oven is still going strong!

I know IPC is working on a spec for voiding for QFN'S. However since its not released I'm curious what others have defined as the max allowable % voiding on the leads (not center ground).

Usually the print specifies the material since the design is qualified with it in place. I've used several from Scotchweld 2216, Scotchweld DP190, Hysol E-20HP, to NASA outgassing qualified Masterbond 10HT.

BTW. The "duster" since it's in a closed container under pressure; when released, there will be moisture around the area. Water that is. Not so good on MSD-components... Sincerely

They are panels of 2 and we break them before ICT. Have to say that we do not check that 100nF cap in ICT since it's parallel with some eCaps.

Thanks for the answers guys. I knew it had something to do with the calibration menus. It had just been so long since I had to do maintenance to an MPM printer. I had been working with DEKs and Ekras for the past 6 years.

We have a Heller 1707EXL (7 zone) and have been doing lead free with it since 2006.
