I would like to hear any feed back concerning the Slim-Kic prophet system. Does it deliver what is promised? From what I can tell from the demo its a great idea. Please let me know what you think Mike

I'm based in the UK and need a new thermally protective case for my SlimKIC. We are running lead-free now and I'm concerned about the extra heat damaging my SlimKIC. I've been quoted 525 for a stainless steel Lead-free compatible case (KIC-1001), wh

The KIC Prophet system does indeed deliver as promised. The Slim-KIC (datalogger portion) works well and is worth the price of admission by itself. The Prophet portion of the system (resident in the oven) works great and decreases the requirement for

Hi, We are running a SlimKIC, and it's great, but the thermocouples are expensive, and we want to leave them on each product, and not reuse them, as it's faster to profile. Is there any third party sources of thermocouples? Regards, Grant

Do you have a Slim-Kic? You can run a profile and then do predictions from there. Very useful tool.

ECD, KIC, or any mfgr. of thermal profiling devices will charge a premium for "simple stuff". For example, ECD charges a grand for their "flux-o-meter", which is just a PCB with a hole pattern, a pallet, and pH-sensitive paper. You can easily ma
