Looks like we have been running the cure a little short (but only by about 44 min). I need to check if elevated temp shortens cure time to 1 min. at 700F! Thanks Dave, much appreciated Russ

Cal is right. SPC doesn't work at wave, period. Establishing parameters is very key for each product run. Then perhaps you can start grouping them. A WaveRider works well, but you have to use it everyday to make sure your parameters are correct.

How does SN100C perform using Selective Pallets? We switched over to SACX about 5 weeks ago and the results are brilliant. We are getting better results than before believe it or not. Also dross foramtion is a lot less. aj...
