Not much help for what you have manufactured but you could try using a lower melting point solder paste? Sn/Bi/Cu

there any problem if Lead Free finish PCB being process using Leaded Solder Paste...? It is totally related to the manufacturing process and quality of joint, not to any specific compliance issues related to the European Union, China or any. Regards

The only problem with non silver tin bismuth is its very prone to shock damage and components fall off, literally. Would only recommend it with Silver additions and around 1%.

Hi All, Please help me in suggesting a technical paper or document. Which can help to design a good smt stencil to optimize smt solder paste printing at first time. Regards, Ameen

And if it is a hard rubber nozzle for a large IC make sure it is still pliable. And solder paste isn't stuck up the end of your nozzle sarason

This is not an HVAC unit. This is a small unit attached to a production machine to keep the solder paste from drying out prematurely or slumping. The volume of air being cooled and desicated would be less than 3 or 4 cubic meters.

Thanks for the feedback. I was looking into solder pastes and saw some advertised specifically for low voiding by Indium and another supplier. This is customer driven - requesting voids in the single digit percent for components with thermal pad

I know for sure AIM and DEK both make green and white spatulas. Many companies will sell these online.

McMaster-Carr carries plastic spatulas Look on Page 2424 of their catalog. A package of 36 is roughly $20.00. That should last you awhile
