Hi all, Just wondering if somebody is using the debridging tool (Vitronics) on the wave solder machine succesfully with SN100C. After testing for a while, my conclusion is to not even try....does not work...but maybe I am wrong? Thanks for your fee

Hi all, If we are using non clean flux, what are the wave soldering parameters that we should monitor using SPC control chart? If not mistaken pre-heat is one of the important parameter that we should control.. Thanks, Sean

Please, can anyone suggest a good material for wave solder jigs or carriers? Been using Durapol but this material is quite expensive. Any alternative?

Sn100 works just fine for wave soldering. Its also the cheapest. Alpha also has SACX which also works good and is reasonably priced.

is wave soldering the only option? Depends on design? can you use a pin in paste process to accommodate SMT and through hole? are you in full control of your design?
