its spray fluxer we deassemble the nozzle clean and reassamble again. flux tank also clean with IPA. ya same problem in all product plz find the attachments about flux

simpel answer is yes it will need to be baked, the typical shelf life for a sealed component assuming it has been sealed would be a max of 2 years but some are shorter. The bugger problem with the device may well be solderability of the device!

Good printers can do it without problem. Make sure you check after that(SPI is the best).

Reflow => Top side DIP => Bottom side glue => Bottom side SMT => Wave solder ... We couldn't keep the DIP clinch apparatus away from the bottom side SMT if we did the bottom side SMT prior to DIP.

Basically, what is the main issue which requires you to use black fiducials? Stencil mark recognition issues? Solder printer machines have ability to adjust the brightness or contrast.
