Hi, Are you testing bare boards or soldered boards. Are the test probes in contact with soldered pads or contacting the copper with the osp coating (not soldered). If you could clarify this it would be easier to give some hints for probable causes.

it can adjusted per the machine and your boards, Not a fix for every board, also if you are talking about the LF wave soldering process, it should be moved to largr angle compared to the tranditional sn/pb soldering

The manufacturer says that since this solder paste has synthetic flux (not natural rosin) it is sensible to humidity. Worked with reflow profiles, but no remarkable improvements. We are changing solder paste every 2 hours.

I get always a lot of evaluations including results from Solder Spread tests, but it seems everybody creats his own test methode. Is there a official Standard or test instruction for Solder Spread Testing such as IPC, MIL, DIN... Thanks Chris
