We had a similar problem with lead-free through-hole components. We baked those baords to remove the residual moisture and everything went to 100% pass - defect was gone. Couldnt hurt to try a sample run while you decide if the PCB holes need to be

Questions are: * Do these pads take solder? How well? * Have you stripped the gold and evaluated the condition of the nickel?

Glastic is cheaper than the custom composite materials normally used for pallets, but the few I have had fabbed started to degrade pretty quickly. Some pallet material is rated at 260 C continuous / 360 Max where the best Glastic I could find is rate

Let me know how you make out with these. We are looking in to building some boards with them as well. Don't touch the dome with the nozzle when you pick the part!
