All I got to say is a bowl and spoon and mix it up a little before u place it on the stencil. That works fine on our end all the time.

Remove the paste from the fridge the night before, If you feel the need to knead we just put the paste on the stencil and work it a little bit with a spatula. Russ

By looking at the solder balls they have not joined with the other particles that are alongside them. suggesting that they did'nt reflow. But they could very well be as you suggested, reflowed and ejacta from the process. We have been experiencing

Use a spray fluxer, like those used in wave soldering. Search the fine SMTnet Archives for supplier names. We understand that spray fluxing is significantly different than dispensing. What do you want/expect to accomplish by dispensing liquid flux

Excessive Time above Liquidus will cause a solder joint to become extremely brittle. Any shock or stress to the joint can lead to a failure.
