Hi Arturo. Thanks for you reply. The board is being loading so that the wave bath touch the 2 pads at the same time... I increased the chip wave in a maximum accepted level... One more rpm on the pump the wave sill overflow the board... Thanks...

I agree. You should build your case, based on your interpretation of the specs. Let him / her know the boards are shit, have the fab replace the panels, etc

Well after converting everything and crunching some numbers total 5% allowance per IPC would be 6.1553 I am only seeing .084 so according to IPC Spec the boards are acceptable, But i will update AABUS and procurment Docs to avoid future issues.
