Fuji specs out Omega 66 grease for the solenoid sliders on older CP machines. These solenoids run hot. Its interesting to me that this grease is designed for extremely low temperature applications. Whats up with that ? http://www.omegaoil.co.jp/ind

SrTech, I do not know Mydata's but I had a problem with a solenoid for a nozzle changer that just didn't seem to be strong enough. Finally found a partial break in the wire. I seemed like this acted a resistance to the current flow and did not all

ALl - I need some feedback why a solenoid on station 3 is getting excessively hot. I have another line with the same setup but is not getting as hot. I have tested out voltage and see nothing that is triggering me there is an overvoltage. Any feedbac

I found a bad solenoid and replaced it solenoid 15 on station 11. The machine is still erroring out. I also checked the holders and sensors and they seem to be ok. This error occurs when ever the machine tries to change nozzle sizes on any holder. T

I have an application I'm trying to solve which would allow me to vary voltage going to an Electric Solenoid at 24v ~3.0amps DC. What I want to do is create a device to vary the voltage going to the Solenoid using a pulsed digital input. I have a mot

I dont have the answer for you but it would not be difficult to make a fixture to find out. Combine a counter, pneumatic cylinder, and a solenoid in such a way to do the job for you. Cylinder pushes the card into the connector, when contact is made

Hi, The solenoid that sits on top of the vacuum generator on my Fuji bare board loader is croaking slowly. Fuji will only sell me the entire generator assy. which cost more than I paid for the loader. The only markings on the solenoid are DC24V 540

Hey Jerry, The valve that sends air to the head of the inserter does not close when you press the "Interlock" button. If you press on the end of the solenoid with a screewdriver to force it the air makes it to the head. If doesn't seem like it is tr
