Actually I didn't see anything saying this person was an engineer, but I digress.... In this case this person may very well be referring to the delta t across space rather than over time, as in different locations on a pcb that's being profiled.

we have also seen this issue but seems to be on boards whee there is a open space and no copper hatching. We bake these boards out for 4-6 hrs @ 125oC. aj...

Is this what you are looking for? We do this on quite a few boards and it has eliminated component problems from the Cab depaneler (pizza cutter)

openings, rectangular no home plate. pad spacing don't have data right now. the problem is those products have from 1 year to 5, running constantly whitout problems and observe the issue around 3 lines no matter of the product.
