You should also have a backup calibration file to reinstall. If its software related this would put everything back to spec. Mechanically I would call Mirtec as well to ask the best method so that you dont have to reteach all your boards.

Check also the specs / recommendations of your PCB manufacturer. We bake boards 4h/120°C before reflow and after automated cleaning (it´s not FR4!) and also if we have to rework with the autometd rework- stations (massive IR underheating ,..). Regar

MPAG3 is capable to detect bend pin in up and down form... but i advice to read both machine specs and compare base on your production need for a wise and best machine selection.

Per the pictures you sent it may be a Pad Design issue, you need to go to the Part Number Spec and Look for Suggested Pad Layout

I agree. You should build your case, based on your interpretation of the specs. Let him / her know the boards are shit, have the fab replace the panels, etc
