If it is "wondermask" made by Techspray, it is supposed to be water soluble. It being overcured (we have experienced this before), water will not touch it. We used acetone which softened it up to remove it with an orange stick. We apply it ourselves

Most RTV's depend on atmospheric moisture to cure. You can put them in an oven with a pan of water and that will speed up the cure. I'd suggest about 150 to 180 degree F, time period to depend on the thickness of the RTV. You'll have to do some tests

Some thing to watch out for is the cure spec for the adhesive. Will that match with your solder paste reflow spec? You will have two dissimiliar materials going through endothermic reactions at the same time. You could end up with under cured adhesiv

Sal, Jax has a good point about utilizing your multi-profile oven and switching to a different profile. However, since some ovens cause trouble while cooling off and stabilizing, I will assume you do have to use the same profile for whatever reason.
