Hello! You may want to be more specific whereas each of those companies produce different machines. You have basic introductory machines, and high-end machines. Some provide faster speeds, some provide a wider range of component handling.

Will clay, rock, and paper provide sufficient signal carrying capabilities without degrading signal strength or transmission speed, and further, will these materials exceed tensile strengths of traditional "metallurgical" solder joints? DaveF? Patr

conveyor speed: 30 in/min. 8 zones stencil thickness 6 mil for most, for the one with 0402 5 mil (due to a 20mil pitch QFP) laser cut. thanks.

Let's narrow this down. Questions are: * Are you putting the proper amount of solder in the board with your stencil print process? * If you are putting the proper amount of solder in the board, where is the solder going? Pick one and then fill-in th

What error displayed after the vision process? If all the parts processed at Head 1 did not pass the vision, try to adjust the scan speed of the camera1. kindly send the error code. Jep

Hello Hoss Voidin/blow holes can also be exacerbated by residual flux. Have you experimented with dwell times and separation speed parameters with your selective ? What related parameters are you currently running processing under ? regards Jim

Jim, We are experiencing voids, also at Selective, on a transformer with known flux residue issues. The supplier told us they were using a OA, or RMA flux which has to be cleaned, and we accepted these parts anyway. How does the "separation speed

Hi Steve, Make sure your spray head is all the way down. If so, try slowing your rate of speed over the part. Which head are you using to coat this part?
