Most likely ground plane stealing your heat. Increase dwell slightly if you can.

Bill, ENIAC, Thank you for your input. I'll do some research on the items you suggested and give it a try. The idea of having a steal nozzle that is thinned is defintely new to me, so I will check into that, as well as the brushes. Thank you guys.

Yes it is the massive ground plane stealing all heat. You need to have a thermal relieve design for that specific pad.
