Check with your PCB supplier who the manufacturer of your I-Ag is. This makes a world of difference with regards to solderability.

We agree with Grayman. You should clean your fixtures. If you apply [leave] low residue flux in amounts greater than the supplier recommendation, the remaining residue can cause damgerous corrosion. Certainly it is then no longer low residue.

We have 4 diffrent boards that have the problem. The boards have two diffrent suppliers. I dont think this is the case. I more leaning toward not enough rinse cycles in the washer. Jerry
