Yes, jsd.jwww it can be seen right after reflow. I read back thru the spec sheet and under "soldering conditions" is says "temp. at cap surface" so thanks, SteveO I think you hit the nail on the head and we'll have to revisit the profile and target

That would be easy to check. Degaus the whole nozzle not just the tip. It should take more than a week to become magnetized again. If it becomes magnetic sooner maybe degauss the head? I would also make sure your vacuum does not come on till the noz

Google doesn't return anything with this one. Your best bet would be to take them out and look for obvious damage, check that the relays are working/fuses are okay and what not. If its anything like the PLC that has died then you'll be out of luck.
