Thanks guys, I have been looking into the 'vectorguard' system. It actually looks pretty good,though I have only seen it on their sites. Has anyone tested it? Apparantly DEK and Tannlin make it.

To us the system seems very good. Mount & dismount is simple and solid. As a stencil supplier, we know there is another system that solves the sharp edge issue, called Wizard/QTS. DEK likely has the edge in a high prod. environment. Bill

1. A step stencil is a waste of perfectly good stainless steel! 2. They are characterised by lousy prints on the very parts that are most critical in your process - whilst leaving good prints on the easy stuff. 3. MMM.... nasty chemicals! 4. Exactly!
