Most important factor - temperature. Back in the days I worked for a place without AC, and summer time this paste couldn't make it for more than an hour. In controlled environment you will be safe for hours or even a shift.

Hi, "Baker with controlled humidity 5%" is actually dry cabinet. Using of dry cabinets i.e. ambient temperature baking is preferred. Vacuum will always be better. If you are going to use vacuum chamber, that will be the best method in my opinion.

That's a reasonable question for a supplier to ask his / her customer. It depends ... It depends on the materials use in the process the assembly and the reflow temperature recipe

What temperature were you running it at previously? We are having the same issue when using WS488 flux. Which flux was causing you issues?
