Good morning, Worth system for 0.5mm or more pitch paste printing. For less pitch (uBGA, 0.4mm etc) framed stencil are preferred due to better tensioning. Main issue with them is handling. Stencil apertures that are used for tensioning might be easi

Phil, I had over 2k stencils VG and 5-6 frames and about 150changeovers per week. Frames get beaten up with time, hoses inside blow, aluminum tensioners change tension, start having nicks, springs inside wear as well. At some point you have to deal m

How can you determine if a SMT component will have enough surface tension to stay on the PCB during reflow process? I understand there is a formula that will provide this information.

Dr. Lee: Some say flux lowers the surface tension of solder. Others argue against that point. What is the flux mechanism that lets solder move more freely?

Hi Everybody, Can someone help me regarding the stencil tension limit standard. We have now in our process 30 ~ 50 N/cm. Is that right? Thanks.

Hi ALL, Please confirm what measuring instrument do you use on stencil measurement. may we know the brand and website of this instrument.? We also need to measure the sencil tension but we do not have the instrument. Thank you, Arman

surface tension is what holds the parts on when solder is flowing I would add some glue under the parts that I placed on the frist side the glue will add more surface tension. this is if you have a glue dispencer in your line already.
