Pallet Maintenance

Roger, Rather than use this forum as a sales/marketing tool, in blatant disregard for the guidelines of the forum, I'll e-mail you some information that I hope will prove helpful, yet not "lock you in" to a specific chemistry. Dave

Not necessarily. Maybe just a little over sensitive...? I though Bill provided considerable insight relative to the process and the original question. There was a good answer in there. I also thought that he provided more specific SmartSonic info.

Solder balls on solder side!!

Dear all: I need to know why do I find a lot of solder balles every where on the solder side of my assemblies after coming out of the wave solder machine. How can I avoid this? Thanks Hany

Please advise what kind of the solder mask, glossy or matt? Matt finished can reduce the solder ball significant. Check Enthone, Enplate DSR Series. Good Luck!

Anybody ever see what happens to a wave solder machine in a 7.0 quake? Can you say tsunami? What a mess.

Errr, no. But just a month ago I saw what happens to a Samsung CP45FV when dropped from a forklift. We said sayonara, then balled our eyes out.

Rumor has it that our wave tech. got some digital images. If you can point me to a URL I can post them to I'll see if I can get them loaded up....or down.

Set-up an account at Freedrive (http://www.freedrive.com) and post the URL to the pix for us. I've been using Driveway (http://www.driveway.com), but I hear they're shutting down. i-drive (http://www.idrive.com) is goofy and a little tough to use.

I'd love to see those pics, but apparently you need to invite users by email address to share on FreeDisk. Mine is dpeter@newnorth.net

I think you're correct and I'm wrong. In driveway, we could just post a link to the public folder, but it doesn't seem to work that way in freedrive.
