No, you can not attach files to your SMTnet posting. As an alternative, you can post a link to an online hosting site.

First I would check the cable,swap it with another fuji machine! Or have you tried to "reset start".risky if you have no comms but you need to get to the bottom of the problem...

We are using HASL board for Press Fit, without problem in the past until recently. Now we are seeing the solder in the PTH melt and block partially the PTH hole during the reflow. It gives problem when Press Fit. Anyone has advice on this?

Wow, that must be a lot of HASL to reflow and block a thru-hole. Sounds like your board house changed their process. Contact your board house about this. Change your incoming spec to look for this a well.

NPI software from Universal is awesome for the small proto builds you are doing. Very few wasted parts - teach vision recognition on the run.
