We use 1B73 Acrylic and coat right over an IBM processor which gets a heat sink mounted on top. Never had an issue after 5 years of production. Dont forget to post if you find anything out though.... JD

Dave, When we converted the Humiseal thermal conductivity info into W/m-*C we came up with .167 - .209. Did we do somthing wrong with our conversion?

I heard that Swatch was granted their exemption to use lead solder for anything under 800 microns pitch. Is this true? Can't find a thing on the Web stating that this exemption was granted. Chris
