Hi, does anyone know which documentation regarding to lead free solder paste is needed to demostrate that the smt assembly process is RoHS compliant? Is it enough to show the datasheet of the solder paste used?

At the same time ask for the technical data sheet and the Safety Data Sheet. You don't know what other auditors you may have to deal with in the future. And someone should have all the SDS's in a binder for all the chemicals that you use.

All ready resolved. Looks like there was a loose cable on one of the modules, which would not allow it to command the low voltage servo module to run the motor in reverse.

Looking for CTE and young's modulus values for aluminum backed PCB for solder joint predictions. The data sheets are a bit sparse, and the weighted average method somehow doesn't feel appropriate. Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
