Get a copy of the binary for the machine and hack it to support the option. Or if it is still in warranty ask the manufacturer for an update. sarason

That is correct. This looks like a board that was printed then wiped but not washed. Solder spheres left out on an unsolderable surface will just sit there like this or coalesce into solder balls. Nothing in the picture indicates an issue with the

In my machines (Yamaha / Assembleon / Philips) there is an option to FIRST rotate the element and then check it with a camera (I do not use it, because it requires an additional better camera) - maybe you will find something like that at home?

Thank you both, it is not the good HLA design and this is why the deflection is needed to sit everything properly in the case. We did ask cust0mer(we are CM) to change it, I am just looking for a standard to support our claim.

I had such problems with SOT-23, how I confused N and S - inversely I entered the number of pins, etc. Check again and again :)

you may also want to try replacing the Motor capacitor. This is often the culprit on those blower motors. I found them on Amazon for $3. much better then $450 for a new motor.
