Re: recycling waste paste

That sounds like a nightmare, but creative, definately. I do know I don't want to chisel all 4 pails into chunks small enough for a syringe, though. Actually I found someone that will take it if we sell them our dross. Problem solved. Our bar vend

We dump the paste in with the dross in a 55 gallon drum. It's all hazardus waste the only difference is paste has flux and dross is who knows what. We use waste recycler. I don't know if we get as much money back as you would from the manufacturer

We ordered and used Kapton stencils from KJ marketing for several months. The operators felt setup was considerably easier. Service and delivery was excellent. Ultimatly we discovered that although the see-through nature of the stencil made initial

It's not really you need a book. You can ask your stencil supplier for what to... The supplier should be an expert in stencil making. Basically pitches and apertures should be made to the spec in CAD data of PCB. You can ask to make to 90% size of pa

I assume your "mounting manufacturer" (whatever that is) would reduce your cost. That would be cool, eh? There are some electrical, moisture absorbtion, flammability classification, and operating temperature considerations that your mounting manuf

Greg, Its an open ended question your asking here. What are you trying to do? Determine if your equipment is able to do what you need? E Determine your floor spacing? Determine what, if any, inspection equipment is needed? Determine constraints/line

airflow instrumentation

Does anyone know of a source for a reasonably priced and simple airflow measuring instrument? A simple mechanical anemometer with a pitot tube would suffice (I think...) in this application since I'm just trying to verify proper operation of the refl

Electrolytic caps for high temp reflow application

Electronics Forum | Fri Sep 22 12:37:18 EDT 2000 | jonyoder

I am having problems with SMT electrolytic capacitors expanding and changing values after going through our reflow. The reflow profile we use includes temperatures of 200 deg C for 60 seconds and 230 deg C for 30 seconds. We need to use this profil

We reseantly considered purchasing the Meridian Series machine but we changed our mind. The reason for that was that Quad does not have to many installations of the Equipment, also the fact that hardly any of their field techs. have much training on
