Mydata (TP9-2U) problem

Electronics Forum | Tue May 07 16:36:04 EDT 2013 | shankar2013

Actually thinking of LX14, but for now I need to solve this problem. We have replaced centering jaws, the steel belts for regular maintenance. I don't think there is anything binding. The strangest thing is every time it shuts down it is right at the

Your centering jaws are likely okay. It's the 25V that runs the centering jaws that is having the problem. Could be the circuit that produces the 25V is having problems after warmup or maybe the motor that runs the centering jaws is going bad. Loo

I have moved the MOT cards. The messages are still the same. Booster +25V is stable, The BM3 +25V indicator shows no +25V which means any of the feeds down the chain pulled it down. So basically once it is low the relays in the BM3 card will not latc

defect on PCB acrylic conformal coating

Electronics Forum | Wed May 08 14:24:22 EDT 2013 | wahahasteven

we are using acrylic conformal coating on the PCB. Under the same program, same parameters (not changing anything on the machine), and we always found one or two boards have some spots which are not coated (shown as picture). The location of the spot

Does an AOI System need angled cameras

Hello again, another previously covered topic I am sure, but do AOI systems need to have angled cameras? I have my own thoughts on this but I would like to hear what the consensus with the SMTNET population might be. Thank you and Happy Friday....AN

In my experience, no. There are some uses for angled cameras (I've used them for inspecting off marks like notches out of LEDs for polarity), but I never found the results repeatable enough to warrant using the angled cameras over the standard, stra

Juki Laser Alignment

Hi, BGAs should be placed by camera recognition if you have one(that helps to eliminate defects as missing balls...). If you don't, check the parameter for the laser level(height). In your case I think you should use the body as a measure level. If
