I did not question the accuracy, which is very good, but only 99.8 % of the time. If I require this accuracy for a certain part to be placed, than I want to have this part on target more often than 3 sigma permits.

Look at "Circuits Assembly" June 2001, p 26 for an article on the very topic to which you refer. No experience here. If we don't want to reflow components in the 'can', we cut the can. Time consuming and crude, YES.

Do you have vacuum on your printer? I guess not or you wouldn�t be asking. Can you get vacuum? If not you could use double sided tape, I am always amazed how many times it can stick before it needs replaced.

As you know there will be a lot of residues(such as rosin) left especialy on the peak zone and cooling zone of reflow oven after reflow soldering in a time. who use one kind of effective liquor or effective method to clean the residues ?

Thanks, I'd appreciate an actual time. How long was your downtime per rheopump install? I heard about 1 1/2 weeks per head. That included training as well.
