since 1999 we use Heraeus PD944, in time we tested Loctite also but had some issues with it - or with our machine specialist :)) we dispense with Fuji CP (2 , 3 & 4) it only creates problems when its on the solder pads ;-) best wishes

I would like to know, if the solder paste for SMT is unpacked (the syringe is opened) and is stocked at room temperature, then when I should trash it. After 12 hours/24 hours exposure? Or any other suggested time? Thanks.

If you can not find the source of cotamination then apply masking to fingers until you do find source, single layer of Kapton tape or similar should not affect print thichness. This will eliminate scrap / rework in the mean time.

Happen to me on a conveyor after a GSM but not a PCT. Had to install small caps to kill the noise on the conveyor PLC input from the GSM. Also, might be a question of timing betweem th GSM and the conveyor.

Yes, but it does not continue, it tried to weigh the squeegee but then after trying several times it would come up with an error that the Squeegee Left is not Free (up). Cheers
