I do it before the kit hits the floor. Most of the time it is not important have the solder in the pic. If you just need to show orientation etc... I will snap a pick on the first board that gets a wire add or something, but it really only takes 5 mi

But the problem with flying probe is the cycle time. I'm not sure if there is a flying probe out in the market today that can match the cycle time of the conventional bed-of-nails ICT.

We bought our heller oven in 2005 it has lifetime blower warranty the last time I needed A blower early last year it was stil under warranty and they said nothing about it changing at that time.

Sergey, Try increasing the cool down time if that is a recipe option. We have witnessed the same effect on components that have rather slow cool down rates and were able to eliminate the problem by extending the cooling time.
