I would assume it can do under some conditions. If you manually go and define pick up positions for all parts, may be there is not a good distance between two parts to pick at the same time. There also might be ON/OFF menu for this option.

it can be a bad contact with backboard. clean the slot and gold fingers with contact cleaner and push it in and out a few times.

I've seen this error multiple times. Possible that there is a part still attached to the nozzle or the machine thinks that there is and sometimes it doesn't display the window with the commands to trash the part.

Also, think about when the last time someone removed a nozzle and possibly didn't put it away in the proper location.

cut time was very good (not a concern) Main advantage is flexibility and simpler fixturing than routing as there are no side forces. Charing was evident, but can be reduced with a few tweaks.

HiP most of the time goes back to the component package itself. If they are on the periphery of the part, it is a result excessive of expansion and contraction from the temperature. If it is in the middle, other contributors come in place.
