Paste sticks to squeegee

We also had issues with paste sticking on our Trans Automation printer and switched to the Permalex blades. That made the biggest difference with release. They are a little pricey but it was worth it.

Hello All, I have been searching for the board assemblies bake out requirements acceptance criteria but unsuccessful. Does anyone knows if there are general guidelines for the percentage of the moisture absorption in the PWBs and PWAs? Thanks, Tran

Tran Since we all agree that J-001 has no baking requirement, why are you baking the boards? What is the purpose of this bake process?

Oh yeah I saw Trans Tec is offering support for the Yamaha made Assembleon machines. I believe this was the GEM series and the MG series that replaced them so they may have some as well.

I just contacted Trans-Tec and they told me they only support the Assembleon branded Yamaha machines, not the AX series.
