Have you taught the tray position in correctly, I dont know that particular machine but you normally teach in 3 positions. When you have done this have you re-optimised?

We are currently running FUJI XPF lines and receive all of our RF shields in T/R format. The large shields we use come on a reel of 500, the small shields come on a reel of 800. both much more efficient than using trays.

Could also be the leads catching on the feeder or tray during pick-up. I just had a feeder catching the edge of a lead as the part was picked causing the part to shift and be rejected at severe rates.

check if the top plate which is used for tray change is on it's place, also in manual mode you can see on Sig.IO page all sensors status and you can figure out which sensor is activated

How many feeders do you need and what is the price of each width? Factor that into your equation. Onsite service is coming from ??? Annual fees for tech support, etc.? Does it handle matrix trays? You might need that in the future.

I only need 30 feeders. It comes with 64. What do you mean price of each width? No onsite service - so major drawback. Free tech support 24/7 for lifetime of product. What are matrix trays?
