Machine Zero Point Calibration is done in SiTest. What problem are you facing exactly ? The procedure is given in the student guide/ SiTest User Manual. I tried to upload a screenshot but couldn't.

When I try to install any tool on my MyData12 I get the following error message: F-TLMN-18 Failed to reach tool bank level How do I fix this error? It passes the Hardware Initialization test.

The issue is with the Midas head. It gives me the same error with any tool I try to install.

You could also try something like a Radian desktop fiber laser as a smaller, low cost alternative to accurately and permanently engrave each stencil frame!

Do you get any errors during the tool install? Are you intalling all tools, all uninstalled tools? What if you try one single tool only (A12)?

Have you tried reinstalling all the tools? This appears to be a problem with the tool bank being out of tolerance. Reinstall each tool in your tool bank one by one. Are the hydra tools ok?

I have a ESD Surface Resistivity Meters and while trying to measure table to ground it wants us to set a voltage value as 10V, 100V, 500V. I'm not sure which one should i choose? What are them for?

As I have two identical machines, it was easy, it really is the encoder, and as it is integrated into the motor it will be necessary to change the entire unit, or try to repair the encoder.
