Try .005 or even .004 thick laser cut electopolish stencil and reduce grain size of paste. Go with 400 or 25 in the case of AIM. We had a similar prob.

Do you have a Panasonic & Toshiba camera? What are the MPM p/ns your looking at? Whats the problem? Noise perhaps. If noise try checking the metal cylinder to the right of the camara housing. The set screws can loosen up. Tighten up all the screws.
