Normally this type of problem is with Windows try to run a diagnostic to the hard drive, probably is full, you can use CCleaner to help you with deleting the tmp file and all other stuff that you may not need. cheers

Haven't done this but would start by contacting YesTech tech support and explaining what you are trying to do. They should be able to provide guidance including "..our equipment isn't intended for this application..." if that applies. Good luck.

Does anyone have a list of what a Juki Operator should do as far as Maintenance? Any info would be helpful. I am just trying to compare what others are doing as far as what the operators are supposed to do. Thanks

Try re-seating the Cognex card and the connectors that plug into it. Make sure the fans on the drawer are clean and functioning. Ive seen bad camera cables cause this as well.
