I do not recognize that part. Initially, lets disregard that part and try to troubleshoot. DO NOT loosen any bolts associated with the Nozzle change mechanism, else your day, will get worse.

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.

Yes we were trying to run 8 at once in a pallet with no luck. Our aluminum boards are not square, they look something like a half moon shape so I don't think there is a way to panelize?

You should never try to print more than one board at a time if utilizing a fixture. You should have a single image fixture for the printer and an array fixture for the machines... where fiducials can be used to correct positional variations.

Hi, 1. I will run the board on the mesh if single sided. 2. For double sided board, I will try stiffeners. 3. If stiffeners don't work, then you have to create a handling fixture(holds the board and has enough openings to let the air flow to the PC

Deni, Yep, we found that one the other day, too. And, yes, axis mounted is set to 1. We tried setting it to 0, saving, then back to 1 (again, hoping to clear a software flag/fault, if that's what it is). Thanks, ..rob

Hey rob, make sure you do the changer setup. That procedure looks at the fiducials on the changer and adjust the position for nozzle change. It is in system setting. Motor or amp is not easily go bad. I have machine from 92 and never had problem with
