Have you ran the hydra head calibration on all 8 heads? If you did but still having similar issue, then you might have a slightly bent hydra tool(s).

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why only heads 6 and 8 are placing parts incorrectly? It does not matter which nozzles I use; it will randomly place them off. Right now, I have both heads disabled. I am not sure what to start checking.

we have a static problem with 0603 led when removing the plastic retainer from the tape and reel. same problem with the feeder causing reject and bad placement. is there someone having the same problem? and how to fix it. thank you

any help is much appreciated, I keep getting a random shutdown, sometimes a few minutes sometimes after a few hours. "emergency Stop, Please check the stop button" of course no one is touching the stop button and the button does not seem to be faulty

I had something similar to this on a different type of machine but it turned out to be a broken wire terminal connector at the switch causing intermittent connection. Often with safety circuits they are kept high and brought low or interrupted to dis
