The conveyor will most likely be controlled by a PLC. Have you looked in the control box for one? This may help you troubleshoot it. The work orders are scanned post-wave and pre-stock. This does not seem like something you have or need to worry

Consider access requirements of the machines. It's no fun having to move a machine to gain access to a compartment when troubleshooting a problem.

Best guess, not knowing specifics of error, would be a vision system error... connection issue wrt camera. Does system respond properly (prompts to raise / lower head) upon reboot? Specific error information would help in troubleshooting. DEKHEAD

Sarge, Red army does not immediately make me want to help, anyway. What is the exact error displayed? There is a chuck open/closed sensor, if not made at the right time it will e-stop with some error that I don't recall. I assume this is on H1.

That little cylinder comes apart. Sometimes they get gummed up and need to be taken apart and cleaned. If it does not make the sensor in time, it pops an error up.

I do not recognize that part. Initially, lets disregard that part and try to troubleshoot. DO NOT loosen any bolts associated with the Nozzle change mechanism, else your day, will get worse.

You may want to search the UIC knowledge base for troubleshooting. If you do not have access to UIC's website (second hand machine) you can call and register your machine for $500.

You can try to null the axis, it's working sometime Also, lower the acceleration to 2000 instead of 4000 and the max velocity to 350 instead of 508. You can also try to swicht the Y1 driver with Y2 driver Do you have the AMC disks to troubleshoot ?
